  The office manager is SO RUDE. I had an issue with an authorization and when I called to make sure they had received the correct one, she immediately interrupted me, blamed the other office, spoke over me, put me on a very lengthy hold, and worse still, went off on the office I needed the authorization for. I called back hours later to confirm they'd received the correct authorization after speaking to the other office, and again, RUDE!! Do NOT go to this office!! She seems PRPUD of how rude she is, like it should be displayed as an achievement. I don't know who let her work in the medical industry but she should not be working somewhere that she is required to interact with people trying to get the care they need to become or stay healthy. STAY AWAY.
